Clarity.
Order.
Legacy.
A private office that connects direction, expertise and execution for families and the businesses they've built.
The same six functions are already running your life. They're spread across advisors, an assistant and your own calendar. Some of them have never been named, so they've never been assigned.
Every circle belongs to someone. The space between them belongs to no one. So it lands on you.
You became the connective tissue. That's the job nobody named, and it costs you the capacity that success was supposed to buy.
Alterity connects direction, expertise and execution. The Client keeps every decision that matters, and every Contributor keeps their specialized role.
“Get it handled.”
Sets direction, makes the calls, keeps the authority.
Alterity runs priorities, coordinates Contributors, tracks execution and reports back.
Brings the specialized expertise, recommendations and work.
Your advisors stay.
What changes is that they're finally working from the same page.
Six functions run the office. The cracks between them are where decisions stall and deadlines pass. The circles are the work. The field between them is the job nobody named. The one you've been trying to do yourself.
Alignment is key, and your why is worth more than your how. We get to the why so we can handle the how.
Vision on top, execution underneath, both pillars held by one office.
Legacy lives here.
Every engagement moves the same way. From what's true today to what you're driving toward.
Identity, vision, priorities, current reality and the advisors already in place.
Findings, risks, opportunities, who owns what and the roadmap that connects them.
Implementation, Contributor coordination, accountability and reporting.
A plan is delivered. A system is operated.
Most firms build the plan, hand it over, and invoice. Their finish line is your starting line.
We stay. Implementation, adjustments, reworks, integration. The system runs, or we're not done.
Nine disciplines, around seventy seats. Transactional seats do the work when asked. Strategic seats see it coming.

Your advisors almost always welcome this. It removes coordination work they were never paid to do.
You pay the office a fee. The advisors you already have are welcome in it, and if they bill you for meeting time beyond their normal scope, that's between you and them. We take nothing from it. On the rare occasion you decide a seat needs filling, we run the search, you contract your choice directly, and the advisor pays us a referral fee for the placement.
Alterity Private Office is a joint venture of Alterity Wealth Management and Entrepreneurial Freedom LLC.
We ask what matters, where things pile up, and whether a private office would give you back real capacity. Thirty minutes, no charge.
